Responsibilities

Sweep, mop, scrub, strip, wax, and buff floors, hallways, stairwells, and other facility areas.
Clean and refinish gym floors as needed.
Vacuum and shampoo rugs and carpets.
Clean, polish, and dust furniture and fixtures.
Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
Wash windows, walls, mirrors, and other areas.
Collect and dispose of waste products.
Assist with relocating property.
Report items requiring repair or replacement.
Set up and tear down areas for special events or meetings.
Shovel or plow snow and sand or salt walks and steps as needed.
Pick up debris outside the building.
Work sporting events as needed.
Perform other duties assigned by administration or the General Manager.
