About The Position

The Custodian supports Cencora’s U.S. distribution services, operating through its AmerisourceBergen business. The role completes routine cleaning and facility support tasks according to safety and service expectations. It follows established procedures and checklists, maintains accurate work records, verifies completed work, and escalates non-standard issues. The position also includes training to build knowledge of processes, tools, and compliance requirements.

The scheduled shift is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The stated hourly pay range is $17–$22, depending on experience. Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in maintenance, technical operations, or equipment handling, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and checklists to consistently complete assigned activities.
• Maintain logs and records to ensure work is accurate, complete, and traceable.
• Verify assigned work outputs, identify errors, and correct issues within defined guidelines.
• Escalate non-standard issues with clear details to support appropriate follow-up.
• Participate in training on processes, tools, and compliance requirements.
• Complete routine cleaning and facility support tasks in line with safety and service expectations.
