About The Position
Under general supervision, the Custodian maintains proper care of Ogeechee Technical College facilities. The position involves operating specialized cleaning equipment, using cleaning chemicals, making minor repairs with hand tools, caring for and routinely maintaining grounds, and distributing and maintaining materials, tools, and equipment. Applicants must be able to follow detailed verbal and written instructions and work as a team member. Any combination of training and experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities may qualify. No experience is required; a minimum of six months of custodial experience is preferred. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
