About The Position

GRBS is seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join their team. This full-time, floating position will provide coverage in the Lansing area, specifically in Okemos, Haslett, and DeWitt. The role involves executing cleaning processes, utilizing GRBS tools, and ensuring effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess leadership experience, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. This position offers paid mileage reimbursement and travel time. Requirements

• Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
