About The Position

A manufacturing facility doesn't run on machines alone. It takes people who notice what needs to be done, take ownership, solve problems, and make sure the entire operation is ready to go. We're looking for a hands-on, dependable Custodian who takes pride in maintaining a busy industrial facility. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk job—and it isn't simply about emptying trash cans. You'll be an essential part of keeping our shop clean, safe, organized, functional, and ready for production. You'll work throughout the facility, maintain manufacturing and common areas, manage scrap and supplies, assist with facility needs, operate a company truck, help with equipment and material movement, prepare for company events, and supervise utility personnel. If you're the person who sees something that needs to be done and takes care of it—without waiting to be asked—we want you on our team.

Maintain scrap containers throughout the plant and ensure they are handled appropriately. Monitor cleaning and facility supplies and coordinate replenishment through Purchasing. Work within established procedures and the company's quality management system. Take on other responsibilities as needed to keep the operation moving.
