About The Position
Perfection Commercial Services is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Custodian to provide cleaning services for a valued partner’s facility in Bronson, Michigan. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and pays $16.50 per hour. The company has been in business for over 30 years and describes employees as its greatest asset. The Custodian prepares the facility for employees, customers, vendors, and other visitors by performing routine custodial and janitorial tasks. Candidates should be detail-oriented, dependable, enthusiastic, committed to a strong work ethic, proud of their work, and able to work as part of a team with diversity awareness. Regular and reliable attendance is required. Qualified applicants must clear an OTIS background search.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Daily repetitive motion is required and may include bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and squatting.
- Must have regular and reliable attendance.
- Candidates should be detail-oriented, demonstrate a sense of urgency, be enthusiastic, have a strong work ethic, take pride in a job well done, and possess teamwork and diversity awareness.
- Qualified applicants must clear an OTIS background search.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, dust, mop, and vacuum.
- Clean restrooms.
- Remove trash.
- Perform routine custodial and janitorial tasks.
- Disinfect surfaces and clean touch points.
