About The Position

The Custodian is responsible for keeping the facility clean, sanitary, safe, organized, and professional in appearance. The role involves cleaning workout areas, locker rooms, bathrooms, showers, and common areas; maintaining floors and high-traffic spaces; replenishing supplies; and reporting maintenance or safety concerns. The position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical cleaning tasks independently and as part of a team. Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, may be needed.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

Previous custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize workout areas, locker rooms, bathrooms, showers, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces and equipment as needed.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
Refill restroom and cleaning supplies.
Keep floors and high-traffic areas clean and safe.
Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, spills, or safety concerns to management.
Follow proper cleaning and safety procedures when using cleaning products and equipment.
Help maintain an organized and professional appearance throughout the facility.
Perform additional cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.
