About The Position
The Custodian Technician plays a key role in maintaining clean and professional office environments across our retail branches. This is a hands-on, service-oriented position focused primarily on independent routine cleanings while supporting a team-focused environment.
Requirements
- One or more years of experience preferred
- Demonstrate customer service skills & service oriented mindset
- Competent use of iPad & iPhone
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License, required
Responsibilities
- Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents
- Respond to service requests and prioritizing work order response & closing out work orders upon completion with minimal call backs
- Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers
- Wear a company‑provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Vehicle maintenance as required
