About The Position

The Custodian Team Lead prepares, directs, and supervises team assignments for cleaning company facilities. The role spends most of the day supporting the team on the gaming floor and includes weekly administrative duties. The Team Lead inspects gaming zones, public areas, team member areas, and company facilities according to written Guest Service and department cleaning standards. The ideal candidate is responsible, provides excellent guest service, and can mentor, coach, and motivate team members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a high school graduate or have a GED.
• Two years of leadership or supervisor skills.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Word, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to compose professional emails.
• Excellent guest service skills.
