About The Position

The Custodian Team Lead prepares, directs, and supervises team assignments for cleaning company facilities. The role spends most of the day supporting the team on the gaming floor and includes weekly administrative duties. The Team Lead inspects gaming zones, public areas, team member areas, and company facilities according to written Guest Service and department cleaning services standards. The position is suited to someone with strong guest service skills who can mentor, coach, and motivate team members. Starting pay is $19, with additional pay based on shift and experience. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school graduate or GED.
Two years of leadership or supervisory skills.
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Outlook.
Ability to compose professional emails.
Strong guest service skills.
