About The Position
Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy is a specialized facility that processes and dispenses prescriptions for multiple retail pharmacy locations in a region. Its automated operations support retail pharmacies, allowing them to focus more time on clinical services and patient education. This non-patient-facing custodian role helps maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility so pharmacy operations can run efficiently. The position is based in Litchfield Park, Arizona, and pays a stated starting rate of $16.00 per hour. This is a first-shift role with open availability required. Hours may vary between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The schedule is five days per week for 40 hours total, Monday through Friday, with Sunday availability required; the facility is closed on Saturdays.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- One to three years of custodial services or related-field experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience driving large trucks.
- A valid driver's license or eligibility to obtain one.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in facility areas, including offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, and parking lots.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces in accordance with OSHA and federal, state, and local health guidelines.
- Dust, sweep, wet mop, vacuum, empty trash and recycling bins, and clean carpets and windows.
- Perform floor care, including stripping and waxing.
- Clean electronic devices and fixtures such as microwaves, air ducts, and ceiling tiles.
- Assist with event setups.
- Report facility issues, such as leaks and outages, and perform light maintenance as needed.
- Wear required personal protective equipment and follow safety protocols.
