Ensures clean and sanitary facilities according to company safety procedures and guidelines and federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This includes emptying waste receptacles, dusting, sweeping, mopping, stripping and waxing floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, vacuuming carpets, cleaning electronic devices, and identifying and reacting to additional cleaning needs. Assists in facility support by setting up rooms for special events, performing minor maintenance and repair activities, collecting and transporting recyclables, and reporting facility issues to management. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices. Demonstrates and encourages respect for others, drives a positive associate and customer/member experience, embraces differences, supports workplaces where associates feel seen and connected, and contributes to an environment allowing everyone to bring their best selves to work.
