Requirements

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and equipment.
Ability to follow safety procedures and written instructions.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Clean assigned areas by emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using approved chemicals.
Dust furniture to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms using proper disinfectants and equipment.
Monitor building security, including locking doors after operating hours.
Use approved cleaning chemicals safely and follow Safety Data Sheet (SDS) guidelines.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling cleaning agents.
Arrive on time and complete assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.
Report equipment issues or repair needs promptly to the Supervisor.
Cross-train in additional duties or work areas as assigned.
