About The Position

GRBS is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join their team as an Evening Building Supervisor. This full-time, second-shift position is located in the Haslett area and requires leadership experience. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, be a team player, customer service focused, dependable, self-motivated, hard-working, and have reliable transportation. Due to Michigan public school requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment. This position offers paid mileage reimbursement and travel time. Candidates must have valid proof of auto insurance.

• Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Removing trash
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
