About The Position

Beacon Group is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented custodian to support its custodial team in Nogales. The part-time position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. The role prepares assigned areas for the next day, cleans and sanitizes floors and fixtures, and replenishes supplies. Employees must follow assigned training and Beacon Group and customer-site policies, and maintain accountability for facility access materials. Preference is given to applicants with a documented disability, and Beacon Group offers accommodations and supports to help employees with disabilities succeed.

Requirements

Must pass any required background and drug screens.
Must have personal transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

Follow training assigned by the Custodial Account Manager, Custodial Lead, or designated trainer, whether written, oral, computer-based, or on the job.
Follow Beacon Group policies and procedures, including safety, security, and customer-site policies.
Prepare assigned spaces for the next day by removing trash and recycling, organizing furniture, and dusting surfaces.
Sweep and mop hard-surface floors and vacuum carpeted areas.
Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, urinals, and other restroom or shower fixtures.
Restock consumable supplies in break areas, restrooms, and other areas as assigned by leadership.
Maintain accountability for assigned facility keys, badges, and other access media, and immediately report stolen or misplaced access media to leadership.
Act professionally and communicate with building tenants and custodial leadership.
