About The Position

We are looking for a Custodial Lead to perform routine custodial duties for assigned buildings and aid in oversight of custodial work done by custodians to ensure contract requirements are met. This role is crucial for maintaining the standards required by the Ability One Program at Luke Air Force Base. The Ability One Program is a significant source of employment for individuals with significant disabilities, and TCH has been a part of this program since 1993, providing quality services to the Federal Government.

Requirements

2 years of custodial experience.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checks to gain access to Luke Air Force Base.
Must possess a Real ID that is federally compliant.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a current AZ Driver’s License.
Must have a 39-month clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform routine custodial duties for assigned buildings.
Aid in oversight of custodial work done by custodians to ensure contract requirements are met.
