Curriculum Director
About The Position
Primrose School of Plano at Headquarters is seeking a Curriculum Director to coach and support teachers across all age groups and help bring joyful learning experiences to children. The director will strengthen educators’ skills and confidence, support delivery of the school’s research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum, and help teachers use the exclusive digital curriculum platform. The role also contributes to educator recruitment and onboarding and works with the leadership team to create welcoming, engaging experiences for new hires. The school describes its environment as collaborative and encouraging, with high-quality facilities focused on health and safety and engaged franchise owners who value educators’ expertise. The schedule is Monday through Friday, and the stated salary range is $40,000 to $45,000.
Responsibilities
- Coach and encourage teachers across all age groups, helping them build on their strengths.
- Participate in selecting and hiring passionate educators.
- Partner with the leadership team to create welcoming, engaging onboarding experiences.
- Conduct classroom observations and offer practical feedback to support delivery of the Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Help teachers confidently use the exclusive digital curriculum platform.
