Curriculum Director
About The Position
Primrose Schools Konrad Group is seeking a Curriculum Director to support educators and strengthen learning experiences across classrooms. The role focuses on coaching teachers across all age groups, building their confidence and skills, and supporting delivery of the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum. The Curriculum Director also helps teachers use the exclusive digital curriculum platform and contributes to hiring and onboarding educators. The position offers a collaborative, welcoming environment, a curriculum and digital platform designed to support planning and teaching, and facilities focused on health and safety. The role contributes to nurturing curiosity, confidence, and belonging during children’s first five years. Compensation is $40,000–$45,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Coach and encourage teachers across all age groups, helping them build on their strengths.
- Participate in selecting and hiring passionate educators.
- Partner with the leadership team to create welcoming, engaging onboarding experiences.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide practical feedback to support delivery of the Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Help teachers confidently use the exclusive digital curriculum platform.
