Curriculum Director
About The Position
Primrose School of Plano at Headquarters is seeking a Curriculum Director to support and develop teachers and promote joyful learning experiences across classrooms. The director coaches educators across all age groups, helps strengthen their skills and confidence, and supports implementation of the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum and its digital planning platform. The role also participates in educator hiring, partners with the leadership team on onboarding, and conducts classroom observations with practical feedback. The position is based at 6788 Headquarters Drive, Plano, TX 75024, and offers a salary of $40,000 to $45,000 per year with a Monday-through-Friday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Coach and encourage teachers across all age groups, helping them build on their strengths.
- Participate in selecting and hiring passionate educators.
- Partner with the leadership team to create welcoming, engaging onboarding experiences.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide practical feedback to support delivery of the Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Help teachers confidently use the exclusive digital curriculum platform.
