About The Position

The Curbside Lead position supports eCommerce guest service by ensuring online orders are delivered to guests’ vehicles professionally, carefully, accurately, and efficiently. The role also helps maintain an organized order-staging area and supports front-end operations with checkout, bagging, and guest inquiries as needed. Responsibilities

Deliver online orders to guest vehicles professionally and carefully.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency during order pickup.
Maintain an organized eCommerce staging area.
Assist with front-end checkout and bagging as needed.
Respond to guest inquiries as needed.
