About The Position
The Culinary Manager oversees all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, consistent presentation, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. This role combines hands-on culinary expertise with strong leadership to guide and inspire a talented kitchen team.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience as Culinary Manager.
- Certification in a Dietary Manager Course or associate’s degree in culinary/hospitality management
- Must have current and valid ServSafe Manager’s Food Safety Certificate.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations.
- Ensure high-quality food preparation.
- Ensure consistent food presentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
- Guide and inspire a talented kitchen team.
- Lead and motivate others to follow proper safety, health, sanitation and food preparation with a focus on cooking, plating and service for our residents.
- Work towards a common goal of excellent care and food service for our residents.
- Provide leadership, hiring, training, evaluating and scheduling kitchen staff.
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.
