About The Position

The Culinary Manager oversees all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, consistent presentation, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. This role combines hands-on culinary expertise with strong leadership to guide and inspire a talented kitchen team. This position does require the Manager to be on call.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience as Culinary Manager.
  • Certification in a Dietary Manager Course or associate’s degree in culinary/hospitality management
  • Must have current and valid ServSafe Manager’s Food Safety Certificate.
