About The Position

Concordia Language Villages in Bemidji, Minnesota, is hiring multiple permanent, full-time, year-round, benefits-eligible Culinary Arts team members at several experience levels. The team uses food, hospitality, and community to bring cultures to life. Depending on their skills and experience, team members may prepare and serve culturally authentic meals, coordinate kitchen operations, develop menus, or lead and support culinary staff.

Openings are listed at these levels and pay ranges: Assistant Cook, $15.00–$17.00 per hour; Lead Cook, $17.00–$18.85 per hour; Head Chef, $18.85–$20.72 per hour; and Kitchen Manager, $21.00–$25.00 per hour. Applicants do not need to select a specific position before applying; the hiring team will help identify a suitable role based on their experience and interests.
