About The Position

Concordia Language Villages in Bemidji, Minnesota, is hiring multiple permanent, benefits-eligible, full-time, year-round Culinary Arts team members at varying experience levels. The team brings cultures to life through food, hospitality, and community. Depending on skills and experience, team members may prepare and serve culturally authentic meals, coordinate kitchen operations, develop menus, or lead and support fellow culinary staff. Opportunities are available as Assistant Cook ($15.00–$17.00 per hour), Lead Cook ($17.00–$18.85 per hour), Head Chef ($18.85–$20.72 per hour), and Kitchen Manager ($21.00–$25.00 per hour). Applicants do not need to select a specific position before applying; the hiring team will help identify the best fit based on their experience and interests. Applicants must successfully complete a criminal background check. At least two professional references will be requested before an employment offer, but are not required when applying.
