About The Position
Lumexa Outpatient Imaging is opening a location in Asheville, North Carolina, later this year and is seeking a full-time CT Technologist. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with no on-call shifts or holidays. The position involves performing CT scans and assisting patients with examination-table transfers and positioning.
Requirements
- Current, valid ARRT certification in the relevant modality.
- Graduate of an approved Radiological Technology program.
- Basic proficiency with computer monitors, keyboard, and mouse for scanning, RIS, and PACS use.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and observant.
- Calm and effective communicator.
- Helpful, patient, and sympathetic.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scanning using the required scanning systems.
- Lift, move, position, and assist patients on and off the examination table.
- Use computer monitors, a keyboard, and a mouse for scanning, RIS, and PACS.
