About The Position

Lumexa Imaging is hiring a full-time CT Technologist for its outpatient imaging center coming to Asheville, North Carolina. The role involves performing CT imaging and using computer equipment and imaging systems, including RIS and PACS. The schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with no on-call duty or holidays.

Requirements

• Current, valid ARRT certification in the applicable modality.
• Graduate of an approved Radiological Technology program.
• Basic proficiency with computer monitors, keyboard, and mouse for scanning, RIS, and PACS use.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and observant.
• Calm and effective communicator.
• Helpful, patient, and sympathetic.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging in the technologist's modality.
• Use computer monitors, keyboard, and mouse for scanning and RIS and PACS use.
• Lift, move, position, and assist patients on and off the examination table.
