About The Position
Perform physical labor at project sites under the direct supervision of the Site Manager. Provide support for field efforts, including general construction labor and maintenance tasks. The role involves working outdoors, handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials, and may require travel and reporting to work on short notice.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a driving record within company-established parameters.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
- Maintain 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and applicable 8-hour refresher if required.
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Willingness to travel and report to work upon short notice.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare project sites to eliminate possible hazards.
- Operate small hand and power tools and decontaminate equipment.
- May operate on-road and off-road haul and water trucks.
- Handle hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
- Perform firewatch duties.
- Support field efforts with general construction labor and maintenance tasks.
