The CRS Sales Rental Fleet Coordinator is responsible for managing all rental calls and transactions from initiation to completion. This role involves daily invoicing of open agreements to ensure timely billing and customer satisfaction, setting up new rental customer accounts through the Credit Department, and coordinating rental sales transactions with the used equipment department. This coordination includes swapping out sold units, arranging transportation to the final branch destination, or delivering machines directly to the customer. The coordinator also works with the service department to address rental damage and ensure recuperation of expenses, and maintains insurance certificates for all customers to minimize company liability. A key aspect of the role is tracking all rental activity (won, pending, lost, developing) to optimize fleet utilization and maintain consistency among coordinators. The position requires representing the organization positively and professionally, and performing other duties as assigned.
