About The Position

LKQ Corporation is hiring a Cross-Dock Worker to perform warehouse shipping and receiving work. Duties may include processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing, and retrieving warehouse stock. The role may require operating manual or powered equipment to move product.

Requirements

• Up to 1 year of work-related experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate basic messages orally, write brief messages, and keep simple records.
• Ability to follow standard procedures, clear directions, and supervisor or manager guidance and priorities.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a warehouse or similar work environment.
• Prior experience operating PIT equipment, such as a forklift or order picker.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound product and put it away in its designated location.
• Pick or pull the correct product from appropriate locations and deliver it to the staging area or delivery truck.
• Operate manual or powered equipment to transport product in and around the warehouse.
• Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence.
• Maintain orderliness and housekeeping in assigned work areas.
• Comply with established company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
