About The Position
Join a collegial, well-supported anesthesiology team at a community hospital with a stable schedule and consistent case mix. We are currently seeking a full-time anesthesiologist and CRNA to join our expanding department. The current team structure includes 3 full-time anesthesiologists and one 0.7 FTE anesthesiologist, along with 1 full-time CRNA. Supplemental coverage is provided by 1 anesthesiologist and 1 CRNA assisting with day shifts 1-2 times per week, and 2 anesthesiologists providing 3-4 in-house call shifts per month each.
Requirements
- Must have completed standard anesthesiology residency training.
- New graduates are welcome.
- Must be Board Certified within 5 years of becoming Board Eligible.
- Must be a physician.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services in a community hospital setting.
- Participate in a stable schedule with a consistent case mix.
- Handle a broad range of community hospital cases.
- Take in-house call shifts and backup calls as scheduled.
- Work collaboratively within an anesthesiology team.
