We deliver value through market-based, customer-centric, and clinical and non-clinical solution marketing teams focused on Patients, Physicians, Health Systems, Health Plans, Employers, and Life Sciences. Our marketing enabling functions include teams focused on brand, digital, marketing operations, and communications. The CRM Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for the member engagement strategy and development of transactional, lifecycle, and promotional email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support the Workforce Health Solutions business goals in member acquisition and member participation. The CRM Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to support the execution of email campaigns and operations. This role will support Quest’s Workforce Health Solutions business and be part of the Consumer Marketing team.

Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Experience in developing transactional, lifecycle, and promotional email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in member engagement strategy.
  • Experience supporting business goals in member acquisition and participation.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with internal teams.
