The CRM & Lifecycle Manager will be focused on building strategic, data driven and customer centric programs that drive long term brand value, grow our active customer base, increase user engagement, and drive higher revenue per customer. This position will leverage our loyalty program, email, SMS, push notification, and a close partnership with the operating teams to create and communicate compelling value propositions for our customers. You will leverage various data sources to understand customer behavior, identify customer needs and understand campaign effectiveness.
