About The Position

The State of Wisconsin is seeking a CRM Integration Architect III for a 6-12 month contract role, extendable based on project needs. This position requires a Senior Salesforce Architect with expertise in Salesforce architecture, development, and enterprise integrations. The role involves designing enterprise Salesforce solutions, leading MuleSoft/API integrations, connecting AWS Connect with Salesforce, and working on Agentforce and AI automation. The architect will also support CI/CD, DevSecOps, releases, and production issues, guide development teams, and assist with legacy system migration to Salesforce. Collaboration with business and technical stakeholders is crucial.

Requirements

• 8+ years Salesforce Architecture/Development
• Strong Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow
• MuleSoft Anypoint, APIs, RAML, DataWeave
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• AWS Connect integration
• Agentforce / Conversational AI
• Salesforce security and integration patterns
• Gearset, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, DevSecOps
• Strong architecture, leadership, and communication skills
• Must be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role
• Must be a hands-on Senior Salesforce Architect
