The EDI & Integration Architect owns the architecture and ongoing support of integrations that exchange data between Millennium systems. The role assesses integration needs and selects an appropriate approach, such as Celigo integrator.io, a native or vendor-provided connector, a direct API, or a file-based exchange. It is the primary technical owner of Celigo integrator.io and Celigo B2B Manager, including EDI trading partner onboarding, maintenance, and error resolution. The architect serves as Millennium’s main technical contact for trading partners, works with implementation partner Stratus Green to bring flow development in-house, and partners with the NetSuite Administrator to diagnose and resolve integration issues. The role leads the integration lifecycle from architectural design through ongoing support; builds and maintains Celigo flows, mappings, hooks, and lookups; onboards and maintains EDI trading partners and ANSI X12 transactions; monitors integration queues and resolves errors; and documents integration architecture, processes, and partner-specific procedures. It also manages relationships with trading partners and vendors and conducts a structured knowledge transfer to establish internal ownership of flow development.
