About The Position

Synera is seeking a CRM Admin to manage their AI agent platform's data stack, which includes Salesforce, HubSpot, and other enrichment and outbound tooling. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining these systems to ensure data accuracy and seamless integration for sales, marketing, and customer success teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in CRM administration, data pipelines, and automation, with a focus on creating reliable and user-friendly systems. This position offers the opportunity to shape the revenue organization's core systems and contribute to the company's AI-driven future.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a B2B sales organization.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable marketing-automation platform.
  • Comfortable in the data layer, with SQL as second nature.
  • Experience building ETL/data pipelines (Airflow or similar) and data models.
  • Ability to debug data sync issues across multiple tools.
  • Experience building reporting and forecasting tools that are actually used.
  • Proficiency in using scripts, APIs, workflow tools, and AI agents for automation.
  • Daily use of LLMs as a working tool.
  • Confident communication in English.
  • Clear communication with non-technical colleagues, sales reps, marketers, and executives.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce certification is a plus.
  • German language skills are a plus.
  • Experience building the data brain behind a company-wide AI agent.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Salesforce, including implementing, maintaining, and improving objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and lead routing.
  • Administer HubSpot, managing marketing automation, channel integrations, performance and pipeline attribution, and workflows.
  • Ship changes like an engineer, including testing in sandbox, deploying in production, and enabling the team.
  • Own the interfaces between Salesforce, HubSpot, enrichment and outbound tooling (Clay, Instantly), data warehouse feeds, and AI integrations.
  • Manage users, permissions, and licenses across the GTM stack and evaluate new tools.
  • Design the data model, deciding on new fields, picklist values, and retiring outdated elements.
  • Support the entire customer journey by unblocking, training, and enabling Sales Dev, AEs, Marketing, and CS in the CRM.
  • Turn recurring questions into processes, self-serve dashboards, documentation, automations, and agents.
  • Document implemented systems, monitor for issues, and fix underlying system problems rather than symptoms.
  • Ensure data quality and correctness within the CRM systems.
