Pillars Community Health is expanding its Mobile Crisis Response team and hiring several new Supervisors as the program continues to grow. This role provides collaborative and shared leadership for the operational oversight of crisis services, including Mobile Crisis Response (MCR), After Hours, and 590/988 programs. The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of assigned staff, ensuring timely, trauma-informed, and effective crisis intervention. In collaboration with the Crisis Leadership team, they will oversee onboarding, scheduling, training, documentation quality, and compliance with program and regulatory standards. This role also collaborates with the Director of Crisis Services, the Vice President of Open Access, and other PCH leaders to ensure integrated, accessible, and high-quality crisis services across all programs. Participation in the 24/7 on-call consultation rotation, on-site coverage, and program improvement through team development, collaboration, and data-informed practice are also key aspects of this position.
