About The Position

The Crisis Program Administrative Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the Crisis Program. This role ensures efficient workflow, accurate documentation, and compliance with agency, regulatory, and funding requirements. The position supervises staff, supports program leadership, and serves as a key liaison between clinical, operations, and external stakeholders.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability.
  • High level of interpersonal skill to handle sensitive and confidential situations

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, or related field preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or social services settings preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees daily administrative functions, including scheduling, data entry, records management, and internal communications.
  • Ensures timely and accurate completion of program documentation, reports, and data tracking.
  • Maintains and monitors electronic record systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Implements administrative workflows and process improvements.
  • Supervises part time staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Provides ongoing coaching, support, and accountability to ensure high-quality clinical intervention.
  • Assists in workload distribution and coverage planning to maintain program efficiency.
  • Ensures program practices meet regulatory, accreditation, and funding requirements (e.g., Medicaid, grants, audits).
  • Conducts routine audits of documentation, files, and data systems for accuracy and completeness.
  • Supports preparation for internal and external audits and reviews.
  • Supports program leadership with reporting, data analysis, and operational coordination.
  • Tracks program metrics, productivity, and key performance indicators.
  • Assists in budget tracking, purchasing, and resource coordination.
  • Coordinates meetings, prepares agendas, and maintains records of key decisions and action items.
  • Serves as a liaison between staff and leadership.
  • Supports onboarding processes, including system access, documentation training, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensures clear and consistent communication of administrative policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
