Crew Members help create safe, enjoyable experiences for families by supporting check-in, supervising play areas, assisting with parties, serving café food, and maintaining clean, organized, and stocked spaces. The role is active and fast-moving, with varied duties throughout each shift. Success involves staying engaged, supporting teammates, and delivering a positive experience for families. This position is primarily for weekday daytime shifts and requires open availability Monday through Friday during the day. Applicants must also be available evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position is offered as part-time or full-time, pays $17.00 per hour, and is located at 1154 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046. Crew Member is the starting point for advancement at Lava Island. With consistent effort, reliability, and willingness to learn, employees may pursue roles such as Crew Specialist, Crew Trainer, Guest Experience Captain, Party Lead, and Crew Lead.
