About The Position

Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates who can gain experience across multiple departments while developing workforce skills such as customer service, safety management, and effective communication. Opportunities may include Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, or Membership Sales. An application is required; prior work experience is not required. Crew Members work with park members, guests, and colleagues and are expected to provide a friendly, memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment. Compensation starts at $17.81 per hour, with a full pay range up to $18.81 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operating hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Able to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy, often loud indoor environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role, such as entertainment, retail, service, or fitness; ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues.
