Crew Members are responsible for delivering fast, friendly service and creating positive guest experiences in a high-energy, team-focused Dunkin’ restaurant environment. The role includes preparing food and beverages, taking orders and payments, assembling orders, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and supporting the team. Requirements

• Speak and read English fluently.
• Have basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
• Be able to operate restaurant equipment; minimum age requirements may apply.
• Have a guest-focused mindset and a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Be reliable and willing to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow brand standards, recipes, and food safety procedures.
• Prepare food and beverages quickly and accurately.
• Assemble and package orders for dine-in, takeout, and drive-thru guests.
• Take orders and handle payments at the front counter or drive-thru, as applicable.
• Deliver outstanding guest service with a positive attitude.
• Keep workstations, equipment, and guest areas clean and organized.
• Stock and organize inventory and refrigerated areas.
• Communicate clearly with managers and teammates.
