About The Position

Panchero's Mexican Grill is seeking friendly and enthusiastic Crew Members to join its team. The role offers the opportunity to learn cooking and other job skills in a positive, fun workplace, with potential for further opportunities within the company. Crew Members help prepare food, build burritos, serve customers, handle cash, and maintain kitchen and restaurant sanitation. On-the-job training is provided, and no prior experience or education is required. The position involves active, hands-on work, including standing and moving for extended periods and lifting items up to 50 pounds without assistance. Crew Members report to the Team Leader or Manager on duty. Other duties may be assigned.
