About The Position
A Crew Member at an independently operated McDonald’s restaurant helps customers have a positive experience, takes and helps fulfill orders, prepares food, works with other Crew Members and Managers to meet daily goals, and helps keep the restaurant looking fantastic. The role offers training and opportunities to learn and grow, including access to Archways to Opportunity education programs. Crew opportunities may be available for part-time or full-time schedules and across breakfast, lunch, late-night, and weekend hours. The franchisee, rather than McDonald’s USA, is the employer and is responsible for employment matters.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Have an outstanding attitude.
- Be willing to learn and grow.
- Have the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals.
- Prepare McDonald’s food.
- Partner with other Crew Members and Managers to meet daily goals.
- Help keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
