About The Position

The Crew Member supports Papa Murphy's commitment to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork. The role involves prioritizing and completing tasks that support store operations, following sanitation, food, and safety standards, and helping maintain a welcoming environment where guests receive quality service and pizzas.

Crew Members work across front-of-house and back-of-house stations. Front-of-house duties include preparing pizzas, processing transactions, suggesting menu items, sharing specials and loyalty programs, and assisting guests. Back-of-house duties include safely operating and cleaning equipment, following procedures for preparing, storing, and rotating products, and helping with runner or dish duties when needed.

Requirements

• Desire to be a team player with a great attitude.
• Ability to build positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and guests.
• Regularly stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally bend and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Ability to perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables and equipment, sweeping, and mopping.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete tasks that support store operations.

• Prepare pizzas, handle transactions, and make menu suggestions to enhance guests' experience.
• Share specials, add-on sales, loyalty programs, and other beneficial programs with guests.
• Assist guests by opening the door or carrying pizzas to their cars.
• Follow proper transaction procedures for all methods of tender.
• Safely operate and clean equipment according to Papa Murphy's standards.
• Follow procedures for making, preparing, storing, and rotating products.
• Perform runner or dish duties as needed.
• Maintain punctual and regular attendance.
