About The Position
Papa Gino’s and D'Angelo's Team Members work as part of a team to serve guests and prepare food. The role offers opportunities to learn new skills and grow into positions such as server, cashier, cook, delivery driver, or Shift Leader. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Pay is $15–$17 per hour, with tip and bonus opportunities. Cashiers greet guests, listen to and confirm their orders, suggest menu items, use the menu and ordering system, and process cash, credit card, and rewards card transactions. Cooks prepare and present food according to company specifications using the equipment, resources, and tools provided. Shift Leaders assist the General Manager with restaurant operations, including team scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and team member training. Age restrictions apply to equipment use.

Responsibilities
- Work with the team to serve guests and provide the food they want.
- As a cashier, greet guests, listen to their orders, suggest items, confirm orders, and process payments and rewards cards.
- As a cook, prepare and present food according to company specifications.
- As a Shift Leader, assist the General Manager with scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and training Team Members.
