About The Position

Taco Time NW is hiring a Crew Member in Tukwila. The role supports food preparation and cooking while helping serve orders and attend to guest needs. Crew Members follow recipes and the company operators manual, prepare and store food safely, and contribute to a high-quality dining experience through teamwork and customer service.

Requirements

Food handlers permit.
Strong commitment to quality customer service and ability to work with a team.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to listen attentively to guests and team members.
Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and seek ways to improve and promote quality.
Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

Wash and prepare raw food ingredients, following printed recipe cards or recipes from memory according to the company operators manual.
Operate power-driven machinery to prepare food ingredients.
Cook, sauté, boil, and fry food products.
Ensure food is cooked, reheated, cooled to safe temperatures, dated, rotated, and stored according to health regulations.
Demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu.
Assist with serving orders while attending to guests’ needs.
