About The Position

The Crew Member plays a key role in delivering outstanding guest service and preparing high-quality food. The position may work in front-of-house, back-of-house, or across both areas, depending on business needs. Crew Members provide friendly and efficient service, prepare food to company standards, maintain food safety and cleanliness, operate kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems, and support efficient restaurant operations. Duties may change based on business needs.

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, engaging, and efficient service to guests in person and over the phone.
• Prepare food according to company standards, including slicing meats and cheeses, assembling subs, and preparing fresh ingredients.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems as trained.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with prep work, restocking, and cleaning tasks.
• Adapt to varying responsibilities during shifts based on business needs.
