About The Position

Jersey Mike’s Subs is seeking Crew Members to prepare authentic sub sandwiches to the company’s quality standards, maintain a notably clean restaurant, and provide customers with an exceptional experience. The role is part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment that requires multitasking, urgency, accountability, and effective communication with guests. Crew Members participate in Jersey Mike’s training programs and are expected to be reliable and meet their schedule requirements.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Food Handler certification (Serve Safe).
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Ability to meet schedule requirements and be a reliable performer.
• Commitment to company goals, accountability, and information.

Nice To Haves

• One year of quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience is preferred.
• Excellent menu and product knowledge.
• Desire to improve oneself and develop skills.
• Personality suited to interacting with guests.
