About The Position

Jersey Mike’s Subs is seeking Crew Members to prepare and serve high-quality sub sandwiches while helping provide customers with an exceptional experience. The role is part of a team-driven, fast-paced restaurant environment focused on quality, cleanliness, community, and personal and professional development. Crew Members are expected to work with urgency, multitask, communicate effectively with guests, and participate in Jersey Mike’s training programs.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• ServSafe Food Handler certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Excellent menu and product knowledge.
• Desire to improve oneself and develop skills.
• Ability to meet schedule requirements and be a reliable performer.

Nice To Haves

• One year of quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience is preferred.
• An outgoing, positive personality.
