About The Position

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is seeking a Crew Member who will be cross-trained to work at each station. This role involves making ice cream treats, serving customers at the front counter and drive-thru, and assisting with kitchen duties such as prep work and line cooking.

Requirements

Must have strong English language skills.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and use hands and arms to grasp, hold, and carry equipment.
Must be able to see well, hear well, and verbally communicate well.
Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds (boxes of supplies, etc.).
Requires ability to hear and speak. Talking and hearing occur continuously.
Visual acuity is required. Must be able to see well, with the most common functions being near vision and depth perception.
Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
Dependability: Must be able to be on time and demonstrate regular attendance.
Job Performance: Must be able to complete duties quickly, efficiently, and safely.
Conduct: Must be able to follow worksite rules and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Uniform shirts and aprons are provided. Must wear close-toed non-slip shoes. Ok to wear jeans as long as no holes.

Responsibilities

Make ice cream treats, ice cream cones, and Blizzard Royal Treats.
Greet customers, operate the Drive-Thru Window and Extra Drive Side Delivery, take customer orders, and collect money.
Complete prep work, complete line-cook duties, and operate the fryer.
