About The Position

The Restaurant Assistant Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance customers’ visits. The role also assists with and learns restaurant management responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 2 years of previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Possess a Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location; English fluency may be essential for certain customer service stations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products according to Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist with restaurant management responsibilities and learn those responsibilities.
